2012 Air Academy Scholarship

COPPERSTATE Fly-In, Inc. is accepting applications for scholarships to the 2012 Air Academy in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. COPPERSTATE will be awarding two or more scholarships. To be considered as a candidate for the scholarship you must:

o Be 14-18 years of age

o Be a Young Eagle participant

o Be a member of EAA

o Complete an Application Form

o Include a Participant Letter of Application

o Provide two Letters of Recommendation

o Be available for travel to the requested session

o Provide some personal expenses

o Write a follow-up report and/or speak at EAA Chapter meetings

o Be available to attend the COPPERSTATE Fly-In in October to speak about your experience at AirVenture.

The completed Application Form, Participant’s Letter of Application, and two Letters of Recommendation (from non-family members) need to be sent to Cheri McGunagle and postmarked by January 31, 2012.
