COPPERSTATE SUPPORT

COPPERSTATE Fly-In exists as an IRS 501 (c) (3) organization. The organization provides scholarships to youth interested in careers in education. It provides educational venues through an annual fly-in event for governmental agencies, manufacturers, service providers and educators. Both classroom and workshop environments are provided by COPPERSTATE to allow easy access for fly-in attendees.

The COPPERSTATE Fly-In organization has always been entirely volunteer with no paid employees. Financial support sources for COPPERSTATE are admission fees and exhibitor fees at the annual event. Other fundraising activities include volunteer-based activities such as the fly market and the aircraft tie-down service. As a non-profit organization, COPPERSTATE relies substantially on donations and donated services.

COPPERSTATE includes among its friends those individuals and organizations who have given directly to specific activities and needs. These friends are categorized as:

a) Annual event sponsors and

b) Specific fund contributors.

ANNUAL EVENT SPONSOR PROGRAM

This program is directed toward those businesses and individuals who wish to be partners in the annual fly-in event. Money contributed to this program help defray expenses and help make the event more attractive to the general public and the aviation community. While no goods or services are provided for these giving levels, recognition of the sponsorship may be given through advertisements, websites, on-site recognition, etc. Your tax advisors are responsible for determining the value, if any, of such recognition. Your sponsorship will be used by COPPERSTATE as verification of the value of its mission.

Levels of sponsorship for 2007 are classified as follows, however, individual sponsorships may be modified, jointly, between individual sponsors and COPPERSTATE to better to the benefit of COPPERSTATE and its attendees:

Platinum Sponsor - $10,000 or more

This sponsorship level places you as a direct partner in the production of the annual fly-in event. Advertising of the event will show you as a part of the event name or as sponsored by you. Optionally, you can have a direct presence at the event as determined by your needs or interests that do not conflict with those interests and rules of COPPERSTATE. All the benefits provided lower levels of sponsorship will be included as specified by you.

Gold Sponsor - $5,000 or more

A Gold sponsorship level places you as a supporting partner in the production of the annual fly-in event. You will be prominently recognized in all forms of advertising for the event. Your direct presence at the event will be determined by your needs or interests which do not conflict with those interests and rules of COPPERSTATE. All the benefits provided lower levels of sponsorship will be included as specified by you.

Silver Sponsor - $2500 or more

All the benefits provided lower levels of sponsorship will be included as specified by you. Also:

· Prominent display of up to 4 signs or banners, provided by you, at the annual event.

· 10 coupons for Awards Banquet tickets (must be redeemed at the event).

· 40 daily admission coupons.

· Recognition plaque appropriate for your giving level for you to display.

Bronze Sponsor - $1000 or more.

A Bronze sponsorship level provides the following:

· Recognition in the event program and the website in the form of logo or name.

· Prominent display of up to 2 signs or banners, provided by you, at the annual event.

· 2 coupons for Awards Banquet tickets (must be redeemed at the event).

· 20 daily admission coupons.

Other Support Levels

Annual giving levels will be recognized in event programs and on the website as follows:

· $500 or more

· $200 or more

· $50 or more

· Up to $50

All cash gifts to COPPERSTATE are fully tax deductible per the rules for IRS 501 (c) (3) organizations.

SPECIFIC FUND CONTRIBUTORS

“Buy a Brick” BUILDING FUND PROGRAM

This fund was established to support the construction of a permanent home for COPPERSTATE. The fund (current value of approximately $15,000) is inactive. Inquiries about the fund may be made to the Treasurer or to the Event Chairman.
