What to do if you don't see the website changes that you expected to see.
It probably means that you have recently been on the website and your browser has been set to remember website pages in order to make your browsing experience more responsive.
For example, Let's say that you visited COPPERSTATE's website "What's new page" 2 days ago and then you look again today, but you see no changes even though the webmaster sent an email to you that claims there were some changes.
You are puzzled. Hmmm... maybe the webmaster made a mistake and didn't really change anything. Nope! Just use the refresh button or press F5 to refresh the page.
If you use Firefox, press F5 or Ctrl-R or the button that looks like a blue circular arrow. The tool tip says "Reload current page". You can change the default settings. Go to Options, Privacy, Remember visited pages for the last x days. Setting it for 1 day is recommended.
If you use Internet Explorer, press F5 or the button that looks like two curving green arrows in opposite directions. The tool tip says "Refresh (F5)". You can change the default settings. Go to Tools, Internet Options, Browsing history, Settings, Temporary Internet Files. Setting it for Every time I start IE is recommended.
